John Roberts, Leatherworks, accepting the Tourism Business of the Year Award at Crystal Tourism Awards of Excellence

Leatherworks, a leather shop in Indian Brook, Victoria County, Cape Breton Island, is the receiptant of Tourism Business of the Year at the Crystal Awards of Excellence, 2008 TIANS Tourism Summit in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Leatherworks located along the Cabot Trail, turned 20 years this year and this past summer expanded their workshop. Congratulations to Marion & John and all their staff on this tremendous achievement & their award. Well done.

Leatherworks  is a leather shop that features a variety of leather products such as buckets, belts, wallets,  bags/purses, and much more.  It is also a great shop for flowers and for tourism information. Leatherworks does alot of cross promoting businesses on the North Shore & St. Ann’s loop featuring artisians.  Their website is clean, simple and easy to navigate.
